ANTHRAX guitarist Scott Ian will be backing his fiancée Pearl Aday's band MOTHER PEARL at the House Of Blues Sunset Strip Foundation Room tonight (August 23) at 10:00 p.m. Also playing with Pearl will be her new guitarist Dave "Snake" Sabo (SKID ROW). Ian said, "It's a reunion of sorts for Snake and I as he was the lead guitar player in ANTHRAX for a week in 2000. He ruled it as well!!"

MEAT LOAF's daughter Pearl began touring with him in 1994, providing background vocals for the summer leg of the "Bat out of Hell 2" world tour. She also appears on MEAT's recent releases "Welcome to the Neighborhood", "Live around the World", "The Very Best of Meat Loaf", "Storytellers" and "Couldn't Have Said It Better".

During the summer and fall of 2000, Pearl began a stint as one of the "Crüe Sluts", singing and dancing for MÖTLEY CRÜE on their Maximum Rock tour through North America, Mexico, and Japan. During that time Pearl performed on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and was featured on MÖTLEY CRÜE's "Lewd, Crued, and Tattooed" DVD. Among the many highlights of her time with MÖTLEY CRÜE, Pearl met Ian, to whom she is now engaged, and is forging ahead with in the entertainment business.
